Teachers attending a development event

Continuous Professional Development is essential to maintaining effective and engaging teaching. Our teacher development projects are designed to suit the needs of your team, ensuring that teachers are given the opportunity to enhance their skills and keep up to date with current methodology.

Projects are established through personal diagnostic consultations with a member of the Language Point team, and can run from single day sessions to week-long or continuous in-service training at your centre, including classroom observations and feedback on teaching and learning, input sessions, online tutorials and peer reflection.

Courses can be delivered face-to-face, or in a flipped / blended mode, with access to online training resources, video content and tutorials with Language Point trainers at a distance. All training activity is supported by follow-up online tutorials and consultations, ensuring that participant teahers get the most benefit from the project as a whole.
